Our corporate contrast therapy sessions are super for leadership offsites and company wellness programmes. Sessions can include optional breathwork classes, led by Piyachai: Malaysia’s first certified Wim Hof breathwork instructor.

Training is only half the equation. Heat from the sauna helps increase blood flow, relax tight muscles, and improves flexibility. Cold immersion can reduce post-exercise muscle soreness and inflammation. Together, they support circulation, cardiovascular health, and get you ready to perform again.

We have a combined 40+ years experience in the wellness and health sector in Malaysia and abroad. We have built this space based on our own collective journey, feedback from our community, and with your comfort in mind.

Piyachai
As Malaysia's first certified Wim Hof Method instructor and life coach, Piyachai combines breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training to help clients manage stress and build resilience, he is driven by a simple mission: destroy stress before it destroys you.
Nina
Nina has spent years building businesses and curating experiences that help folks get the most out of themselves. From wellness events, to cold plunge sessions, and a twice-weekly residency at Four Points by Sheraton, Nina makes guest feel cared for with her kind nature and unerring enthusiasm.


Marco
Marco left banking, spent a decade as a personal trainer, and co-founded TCG on the belief that real recovery is just as important as the work you put in. He runs epic HIIT classes, leads the cold plunge sessions, and is now going deeper into learning breathwork himself.

Marco and Paddy really elevate the experience. They are attentive and professional without being overbearing. They guide you through what can be a challenging experience (especially if it’s your first time).

Came here to try the cold plunge for the first time after running the full marathon at KLSCM.
Marco was incredibly welcoming and explained the breathing techniques clearly, which really helped me ease into it. He was kind, conversational, and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend this place if you’re recovering after a long run or looking for a new challenge.

As someone who never really understood the hype around cold baths, I ended up having an unexpectedly lovely experience at The Contrast Garden.
Paddy diligently talked us through the ice bath and sauna steps, giving us all the support we needed without ever intruding. Nina was incredibly generous in offering to guide me through the ice bath, and her encouragement made all the difference.
Sessions run daily. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but booking ahead guarantees your spot!
